Refund policy

Damaged Products

  • If your product has been damaged in transit we will offer you a replacement. The replacement will take 3 - 5 days to arrive from the date requested. You may also request a refund to the original payment method.

Unsatisfactory Print Quality

  • If you are not satisfied with the print quality of your product, Foto Store Limited will request a photo be taken that clearly shows the unsatisfactory print quality. This photo can be emailed as an attachment to with your order reference included.
  • Foto Store Limited will asses this information and offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
